Who operates Sonra

Sonra is operated by Jasmin Mustafic, based in Bosnia & Herzegovina. For support or privacy questions, email [email protected].

The Sonra app

Sonra imports audio files you select and copies them into the app’s local storage on your iPhone. It reads embedded track information and artwork to display your collection. Your library, playlists, and playback preferences stay on your device.

Sonra does not require an account and does not include analytics, crash reporting services, advertising, or tracking. The app does not send your music, library, or playback activity to Jasmin Mustafic or to servers operated for Sonra.

Sonra does not provide its own cloud music storage or cross-device library sync. Device backups and any cloud file provider you use are governed by your device settings and those providers’ policies. Deleting the app removes its local app data; backups are managed separately through your device or backup provider.

This website

This website does not use analytics, tracking cookies, contact forms, or advertising scripts. Fonts and images are served with the site rather than loaded from third-party font or image services.

The website is hosted by Railway. When you visit, Railway processes technical request information, including your IP address, browser details, requested path, and request time, to deliver and operate the website.

Railway’s log availability depends on the hosting plan. This is not a guarantee that all underlying records are deleted at the end of that period. Railway retains technical information according to its operational needs and privacy policy. See Railway’s logging documentation and Railway’s privacy policy.

Support email

If you email support, Jasmin Mustafic receives your email address, your name if provided, and the message and attachments you choose to send. This information is used to respond to your request and investigate the issue you report. Please do not send your music files or other unnecessary personal information.

Support email is handled through Gmail, provided by Google. Google processes and stores these messages under Google’s privacy policy.

Support emails are kept until Jasmin Mustafic manually deletes them; there is no fixed automatic deletion period. You can request deletion by emailing the contact address below.

External services

The App Store download link, once available, takes you to Apple. The optional Buy Me a Coffee link takes you to a separate service. Those services handle information under their own policies. Sonra’s website does not process donations or payment details.

Hosting and email providers may process information in countries outside Bosnia & Herzegovina, as described in their privacy policies.

Your choices and privacy questions

You can contact [email protected] to ask about personal information held in support correspondence or request access, correction, or deletion. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Music and library data stored only on your device cannot be accessed by Sonra’s operator.

Changes to this policy

Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
